You’ll act as a proactive talent Recruiter, building and owning strong partnerships with internal hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals. You’ll be deeply invested in delivering a world-class candidate experience and driving measurable hiring outcomes.

- Collaborate with Resource Allocators and key stakeholders to design and execute recruitment plans that address current and future talent needs.
- Define hiring requirements by analyzing organizational goals, studying job descriptions, and engaging with managers to refine role expectations.
- Drive hiring success with a focus on time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics, cost-per-hire delivering top-tier talent while meeting hiring deadlines.
- Optimize hiring workflows by arranging and managing interviews, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between candidates and managers.
- Conduct consistent, qualification-based assessments and collaborate with hiring managers to identify best-fit candidates.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of recruitment processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
- Take on additional recruitment responsibilities as needed, contributing to a high-impact talent acquisition function.
Job requirements

- You don’t just communicate - you connect. Proficient in hiring manager alignment, translating job requirements into actionable strategies, and fostering long-term partnerships to support business goals.
Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing. Demonstrates superior English fluency in both verbal and written communication, enabling seamless collaboration with multicultural teams.
- Bring 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within the tech industry, complemented by a foundational understanding of programming concepts.
- Skilled in leveraging advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean logic and creative strategies, to identify and attract top talent.
- Leverages organic and paid advertising strategies and executes impactful LinkedIn outreach to amplify candidate reach.
- Partners with hiring teams to assess recruitment needs and craft data-informed hiring strategies tailored to each role.
- Designs and executes targeted outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Recruitee, ensuring pipeline talent remains engaged and invested in the company’s vision.
- Tracks and analyzes outreach metrics to enhance candidate engagement strategies and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Navigates complex offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with company policies to close offers effectively.
- Efficiently manages candidate pipelines within Recruitee or similar Applicant Tracking Systems to maintain streamlined workflows.
- Drives employer branding initiatives and champions people-centered strategies to enhance candidate and employee experiences.
- Experienced in navigating international recruitment challenges, including compliance and cultural nuances.
