We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting seamless and responsive websites, has a keen eye for detail, and understands WordPress full-stack development best practices. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to turn creative designs into high-performing, responsive WordPress websites that deliver outstanding user experiences.

• TURN design mockups into responsive, fully functional WordPress sites.

• BUILD custom WordPress themes using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.

• TAILOR themes and plugins to meet unique client needs.

• SET UP site structure, make layout changes, and UPDATE content in WordPress.

• OPTIMIZE sites for speed, performance, and scalability.

• ENSURE compatibility across browsers and platforms.

• WORK with UI/UX designers to enhance website usability and design.

The right person for this role:

You don’t just communicate - you connect. You’re experienced in client/internal management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships

• Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing

• You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients

• Bring 3+ years of IT experience, with a strong background in mobile and web app development, plus a solid grasp of programming basics.
  • Proven experience in WordPress full-stack development (Portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (jQuery/React/Angular/Vue), and PHP
  • Strong understanding of WordPress codex, theme hierarchy, and template structure
  • Experience with CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools like Gulp, Grunt, or Webpack.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design
  • Familiarity with version control (Git).
  • Experience in website performance optimization (PageSpeed, caching, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page optimization, speed).
  • Basic understanding of MySQL databases.
  • Experience working with popular WordPress builders (e.g., Divi, Elementor, Avada).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.

• Experience with WooCommerce and WordPress plugin development.

• Understanding of security best practices for WordPress.

• Familiarity with website hosting environments (cPanel, AWS, DigitalOcean).

• Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Personal working laptop or desktop computer

• Reliable internet speed (at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
